The warranty period starts from the documented delivery date of the product, and it lasts for three years.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty on all DaoSafe products covers:

– various consumable materials used for repair
– periodical telephone and email check-ups, as well as maintenance advice
– the shipping of damaged or defective pieces back to our factory in order to repair or replace them
– additional maintenance after the warranty expires

On the other hand, our warranty does not cover the following:

– additional costs for any worn-out parts
– repairs of damage caused by improper handling
– repairs of damage caused by unauthorized changes
– natural or man-made disaster damage repairs.
